Cacti News (cacti.news) is a digital publishing platform operated by Wesner Media. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those services. You may optionally add a mailing address to your account.
If you subscribe to a publication through our platform, we collect your mailing address and payment information. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
We collect standard web server logs including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This helps us understand how the platform is used and diagnose technical issues.
If you choose to enable browser notifications for one of our publication sites, we store the technical subscription information needed to deliver those alerts to that browser or device. This can include a browser-provided push endpoint, encryption keys, the publication you enabled alerts for, your device or browser user-agent string, and timestamps showing when that subscription was last seen or last delivered successfully.
